Throwing feed out for the turkeys, playing in the woods, chasing each other to the pond, fishing, duck catching, horse riding....and of course pouting. What more could you want from a session? :) The best thing about it? It's all just everyday life for this family. Beautiful!!!!
This family just moved to their farm and it's AMAZING! The animals, the beautiful children (and parents), the function of the modern family loving to farm and raise animals....Such a romantic idea in my head. Love watching them play it out with finesse. Makes me think I want to, too. But I know better. :)
So we're on this farm and there's a donkey. The donkey isn't fond small children or smaller animals. The family dog walks over to it and .... well ... I'm really, really sad I didn't record it. Hilarious donkey-ness happened. You wouldn't believe the hee-ing and haw-ing. Good times for sure. Sorry no audible to hear, but we did get a quick shot of the two "friends" together!
Check it out.
Super fun family to be around and to photograph. I loved our time together.
I forget how precious people in love are...as in...new love....fresh and unscathed. The engagement period. Brand new "giddy" love is refreshing and inspiring to be around. It always helps me remember where my relationship with my husband started and brings back memories of how exciting that period of time was. It's a can't-miss when the couple is as sweet and lovely as these two are.
My circles are those that have been married for several years. They've found love, roughed it up, smacked it around, and now tow a delicate line of shaping, molding and refining what walking that out looks like after years and years of realizing it's worth hanging on to. It's precious in a very "different" way.
We wish many years of enjoyment in figuring it all out to Amy and Ben!
