This drop dead gorgeous sports photographer from Chattanooga/Cleveland area called me up and said she and her kids have a very, very special place they would like to be photographed at for their session. Just so happens it was only a few minutes up the road from where I live. We went over to this old farm that has been in her family for years. She and her kids have visited this old home place for as long as they can remember. They all have their favorite places here, be it a building, the front porch, a barn or the graveyard, since they don't get to come here very often I really wanted to try to give them a piece of the farm to take home with them so they could enjoy the magic of this place all year. I love the images, love the relationship and the connection between this mom and her two super cool kids.

And I'm not sure if I'm talking about the mom or her little punkin'! ha. What a beautiful mommy and her son. A gorgeous day, a gorgeous farm, a gorgeous family and a few priceless images (my absolute fave is with the violin down toward the end). Enjoy!

I'm continually blessed to get to work with such awesome people. My husband Kevin has known this family for several years and has always spoke very highly of them. Just a few short years ago, this (very thoughtful) husband came to me wanting to surprise his wife by have their children photographed (what a man, heh?). Since then, our relationships have blossomed and Kevin now works for his firm at Crossbridge Advisors.  It's been a great couple of years getting know their family more and more and love being able to freeze such a sweet time in their journey for them. Take a peek!

Don't forget to watch Extreme Makeover Home Edition this Sunday, December 6th at 8:00pm on ABC.

I drove down to Clarksville and photographed the family, got the prints, then took a carload of them back down at the end of the week with a few of my friends. We got to help them put the house together, but unfortunately that didn't include getting to hang pictures. It was still sooooo cool! We had a blast! I'll be very excited to see how they used ALLLLLL those prints! (they ordered a ton!)

The portion of the program where they show the pictures goes pretty quickly, so watch with eagle eyes! Any pictures of the family you see on their walls is from Tina Wilson Photography, complete with framing from Johnson City Custom Framing.

Let us know if you see it!

Here's the before and after of the house and some previews of the family.
