I had (what I thought) was a great idea for this family for their photo session....she had an idea that blew mine right off the map. A retro themed car wash?! Tooooo cool. I love the creativity that lives within each of us. It's what makes the world so colorful and fun!
Don't you love this big 'Burb?
Not really like an OFFICIAL pool party, but boy when these kids jumped in, you would have thought it was! I love watching kids play in the pool. I didn't realize my kids weren't the only ones who did this, "mom! watch! mom! watch! mom! watch! mom! mom! mom! watch me!" (((...and don't you love when your eyes are glued to them, then they completely disappear from your vision to go under the water, yet pop up pleased as a peacock, "did you see?! I held my breath for 4 seconds!!!))). I love childhood. And can I just say that I could watch these three children play for hours and and hours and hours. What a joy to be around. The whole family is just lovely.
Such great neighbors! I've known them since high school and now we live but a street apart. We think that's pretty cool. They have more patience than normal people should be allowed to have. They're so genuine...so real....and as you can tell by the second image down, they might be a smidge on the fun side :). We love em' to pieces and think we'll keep em'!
Love this familiy.
Treasure their friendship.
This career has allowed me to intersect with so many amazing people.
Grateful to have this family to add to my life. Blessed.
Admittedly...after photographing this handsome fella's sister a few years back, I never thought I would be able to offer this family the same caliber of images for him that she had. She put so much work into her session and sometimes that alone is hard to compete with....great props, outfits coordinate, very different styles and looks within one session...but...he has his very own looks. So cool. I love the bow tie and the shots of him at the train station. I L O V E the 3rd image down...so serious and striking. I loved all of them! The muted colors of the buildings with his blue...sigh...
