What a serene place to shoot! This family found this great spot to do their session, so we trekked up the mountain and spent an hour playing and sweating together. Glamourous, heh? ;)
Sweat may not be glamourous, but I think the images are. I love the softness of their clothing choices with the organic surroundings. Beautiful love in this family, absolutely hysterical little boy and this baby has cheeks that I could chew on for days. Enjoy watching the love!

What beautiful, breathtaking little girls! Their eyes mesmerize me. They're gorgeous, intelligent and talented (as in, all of them).
Love being around the chaos and busy-ness of their life.
Watching the mother of these children buzz around with all of her creativity and energy
is absolutely mind boggling. I don't know how she does it but it's truly amazing to witness.
And yes, they all take violin...I feel like a lazy mom. Ha!

This session was photographed down in MacDonald, TN where all the backyards look like this....just kidding. If that were so, I'd insist on living there. Anyway, this is kinda in their backyard, which I thought was fabulous. I love the natural feel of the session and these kids are GORGEOUS to boot!
Adding horses was a fun twist, I'm glad we did because it's where the family is right now (well, maybe not right this second, but in their journey) the kids are riding and whatnot. I love the simple feel of it and was so excited that the grandparents could join us. Looking forward to next year! :)

2 wonderful families that we've worked with for years participated in our little quickies at the park sessions. Sweet n' simple. :)

There are no traces of either of those things in this session, BUT when I look through the images...those are the words that come to me...bubble gum, cotton candy, sticky suckers, sugary sweet treats, summertime and childhood.
Super fun session. Why? Well, for the past 6 years in my travels to Cleveland, I have tried and tried to talk someone...ANYONE into doing an urban session. Now, based on my personal interpretation of what an Urban session is, I wouldn't necessarily classify this one as "that", but the cool textures and visual interests that we had to select from was certainly a nice change.
Fab family and super fab girls!
